Returns & replacements

Each artifact is hand-printed for you when you order it. Because nothing is held in stock and every print carries a specific character to a specific buyer, our policy is built around replacement and exchange rather than restocking.

Damage, defect, or never arrived

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or never reaches you, we will replace it. No return shipment required — keep the original (or dispose of it, if damaged) and we will press another and send it. Email drxpshxp.official@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery (or, for never-arrived orders, within 7 days of the latest expected delivery date).

Apparel size exchange

If your hoodie, t-shirt, or tote does not fit and you need a different size, we will exchange it once within 7 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping; we re-press the new size at our cost. Email drxpshxp.official@gmail.com within the 7-day window with your order number and the new size.

What is not eligible

  • Change-of-mind returns (no refunds)
  • Size exchanges on non-apparel items (mugs, phone cases, stickers, blankets, desk mats, mousepads, posters, canvas)
  • Any request submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items returned without prior email confirmation

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible (e.g., the artifact is no longer offered), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
